Thank you for the technique, according to my knowledge no school is teaching plavini pranayam.
Yes, Nobody is teaching it. it’s a very advanced technique only advanced sadhakaas who can manipulate pranic energy as they wish can do it, I agree. but these people who doesn’t know the Pranyama telling something non-sense and spreading wrong information. It took me 20 years for me to learn it, that to by the grace of Ayyappa. Shivoham.
